Using our website

You must be legally able to make a purchase to place an order. Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or security.

The photographs, writing, and other content on this website belong to Porpe Artifacts or are used with permission. Please do not copy or use them without written permission.

Products and prices

We work to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Colors may look different depending on your screen, and handmade pieces may have slight variations. We may update product information, prices, or availability on the site.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information when placing an order. We may decline or cancel an order if a piece is unavailable, information is incorrect, or we suspect an unauthorized transaction. If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll refund the amount charged.

Purchases from stockists

Pieces purchased through a partner store are subject to that store’s purchase, return, and exchange policies. Please contact the store about a transaction made there.
