Standard returns

You have 15 days from delivery to return unworn jewelry in its original packaging for a full refund. To start a return, email us at hello@porpe-artifacts.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once you have it, attach it to the box, seal it, and drop it off at your nearest carrier.

Holiday returns

Extended 30-day return window for holiday gifts. Exchange or store credit. To start a return, email us at hello@porpe-artifacts.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once you have it, attach it to the box, seal it, and drop it off at your nearest carrier.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and custom/one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Purchased from a stockist?

If you bought your piece at one of our partner stores, please contact them directly for returns and exchanges.

Damaged Items
