All Porpe jewelry is handcrafted in our Washington studio, and are either

  • Ready-to-Ship: typically ship within 1-2 business days from the purchase date, or

  • Made To Order: Once your order has been placed, I need to craft the piece since it’s being made specially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed.

  • Local Pickup (Seattle Area): Free! Available in Seattle, Sammamish, Issaquah, Kenmore, Bothell, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Kirkland, and Redmond - details arranged after your order is placed.

  • Domestic Shipping (US Only):

    • Free Shipping: On domestic orders over $120

    • Flat Rate: $8 (USPS Ground Advantage - with tracking & insurance)

    • Express Shipping: $12 (USPS Priority Mail - with tracking & insurance)

    • All shipments are properly insured. Orders over $300: Require signature for security

  • International Shipping:

    • Canada: Flat Rate $30

    • United Kingdom: Flat Rate $35

    • Free Shipping: On international orders over $250

    • Other Countries: Contact us for a shipping quote.

    • Includes insurance and tracking (USPS First Class Parcel, 1-3 weeks)

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:

  • If a design doesn't quite sing to your rhythm, you've got 15 calendar days from its arrival to send it back my way and receive a refund, we also offer extended day return during Christmas period.
