Shipping Information
Each piece is prepared and shipped from our studio in the Seattle area.
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order timelines vary by piece; please check the product page for the estimated time before shipping.
Shipping time begins once your order leaves the studio. Choosing express shipping does not change the time needed to make a piece.
Shipping within the United States
Free shipping on orders over $150 via USPS Priority Mail
Standard shipping: $12 via USPS Priority Mail
Express shipping: $24 via UPS 2nd Day Air
Orders over $300 require a signature on delivery. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.
International orders
Our online checkout currently accepts U.S. orders. If you live elsewhere, please contact us before ordering, and we’ll provide a shipping quote.
Returns and exchanges
If a piece isn’t right for you, you may return unworn jewelry in its original packaging within 15 calendar days of delivery for a refund. Holiday gifts have an extended return window for an exchange or store credit. Please read our full return policy for details.
