WARRANTY

Every Porpe Artifacts piece purchased through porpe-artifacts.com is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If a material or workmanship defect appears during that time, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.

WHAT'S COVERED

Defects in material or workmanship — anything that shouldn't have happened with normal wear. We'll send a replacement of the same piece, or if it's no longer available, store credit for the original purchase price. Shipping for warranty claims is on us.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

Normal wear and tear (scratches, bent rings, broken chains from impact), lost items, improper storage, and any modifications or repairs done by a third-party jeweler. Intentional oxidization or patina that is part of the original design is not a defect.

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

Email hello@porpe-artifacts.com with a photo of the issue. We'll review it and walk you through next steps. If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label so we can inspect the piece and send your replacement.
